Review by hotel critic
I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Sir Stamford Circular Quay during our short getaway. The hotel's location is unbeatable-just a leisurely stroll to the Opera House, which was perfect for us since we caught a concert there. Our room was spacious and elegantly decorated, complete with a lovely marble bathroom and stunning views over Circular Quay. The staff went above and beyond, from seamlessly organizing a taxi when we needed it to leaving us sparkling water upon our arrival-a thoughtful swipe of hospitality. I must also mention the Highlander Whisky Bar; it's a charming spot for a nightcap, with its cozy ambiance that feels like stepping back in time. We took advantage of the on-site dining-a two-course dinner did not disappoint. All in all, if you're seeking comfort, convenience, and a pinch of luxury while paying homage to sustainability, Sir Stamford Circular Quay is a gem I wholeheartedly recommend!
